Santa Clara is a lager inspired by the iconic Helles-bier from southern Germany.
True to style, it stands out for its cleanliness and straw-yellow colour. Its base of classic malts provides a delicate sweetness evoking sunflower seeds, balanced with noble Tettnanger hops that add floral notes and a soft bitterness of fresh grass.
The Basqueland staff's favourite beer is named after Santa Clara Island, an icon of the Bahía de la Concha in San Sebastián.
