Montseny IPA - Indian Pale Ale Beer

India Pale Ale IPA beer style. Strong, high-fermentation beer with a high alcohol content and bitterness. It is a version of the English Pale Ale that was exported to India during colonial times.

Tasting notes: Sweet aromas of tropical fruits from New World hops. High bitterness offset by the sweetness of the malt and the high alcohol content. Drinking temperature between 4º and 8ºC.

• Water.
• Malts: pilsner malt, pale malt, wheat malt, caramalt, sour malt, biscuit malt.
• Hops: nugget, target, summit, cascade, celes.
• Yeast.
